Privacy Policy
How Lotto Go stores data on-device and uses camera, notification and third-party services.
This policy covers the Lotto Go mobile app and website. The app is provided free of charge and follows a local-first approach to user-created data.
User-created data
Ticket numbers and entries created by the user are stored only on the device. They are not synced to the developer’s servers. Uninstalling the app removes this locally stored data.
Device permissions
Camera
Camera access is used only to scan QR codes on lottery tickets. The app does not take, store or transmit photos or video. Text read from the QR code is processed to help enter the ticket number.
Notifications
Notification permission is used to deliver draw-result alerts. Users can disable it at any time in system settings.
Internet
Internet access is used to retrieve lottery results, display ads and receive notifications. Lotto Go does not upload personal ticket numbers to the developer’s servers.
Third-party services
The app uses Google AdMob to display ads, Firebase Analytics for aggregated usage statistics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for result notifications. These services may process device identifiers and technical information under Google’s policies.
This website retrieves the latest result from a public dataset on GitHub. It does not request camera, location or microphone access and has no user-account form.
Security and retention
Network communication uses HTTPS. Lotto Go does not ask for a user’s name, address or government identifier to provide its core features.
Users under 18
Lotto Go is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not designed for children.
